I am running a 2-factor CFA model with 2 factors, 3 items each and no cross loadings. Data ae all categorical but I ignoring this and using ML (for a class exercise purposes). In the output, I get no goodness of fit stats but

TESTS OF MODEL FIT

Degrees of Freedom 8

Loglikelihood H0 Value -18011.458

Is this a Heywood case?
Thanks, Lali

No. Chi-square and related fit statistics are not available when means, variances, and covariances are not sufficient statistics for model estimation.
