I am reporting the Satorra-Bentler Robust Chi Square with the MLM estimator and the question is whether the chi square value given in the output is the mean adjusted chi square or does one have to divide the chi square value by the scaling correction factor to get the mean adjusted chi square?

If you ask for MLM, the chi-2 value printed is already divided by the scaling correction factor. The factor is only given so that chi-2 diff testing can be done. You can check this assertion buy running ML and divide it by the scaling factor.
