Using type=basic or sampstat in the output statement, my means and variances are different than those I get in SPSS (which is consistent with Excel). It is not a missing data issue. All applications are using the same observations and MPlus is not deleting due to missing values. Can someone explain what might be happening? I am running a growth curve analysis. Thanks!

I would have to see both the Mplus and SPSS outputs and your license number at support@statmodel.com. If the same data are being used, you will obtain the same means.
