I have a very general question; The Dynamic Causal Modeling (Stephan et al 2006-2010; accessible e.g. in SPM Matlab module) is a Bayesian SEM of time series data, popular in neurocognitive research of fMRI and EEG dynamic data. I was wondering if this method have ever been considered to be implemented in MPlus, ? The weakness of DCM is that it does not provide any absolute goodness-of-fit index (such as MPlus Bayesian chi-sq CI) for model selection. http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/doc/papers/Stephan_NeuroImage_49_3099_2010.pdf |
