What is the best regression model for discrete dependent variable (e.g. eye fatigue level: 0-6) and categorical independent variables (e.g. visual acuity: 0.5 or 1 and gender: F or M).

Can anyone suggest regression other than linear regression model?

Is the model available in Mplus and how to use it?

You could consider either logistic or probit regression. See Examples 3.4 and 3.5 in the Mplus User's Guide.

Dear Drs. Muthen,

I am running a multiple regression in MPlus 8 using FIML to account for some missingness among my independent variables. I am wondering whether it is possible to save out the model-based predicted values of my outcome (perhaps using the SAVEDATA feature). I would like to use these predicted values in a figure.

Thanks so much for your time,

FIML does not impute values. It uses all available information.
