Purchasing and Payment Information We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Return Policy Software purchased on-line through our website is considered opened at the time of purchase. This also applies to hard copy purchases because downloads are made available at time of purchase. We have this policy because it would be impossible to return the software. With a traditional retail purchase, a physical product can be returned.
The Mplus Demo is available at no charge via download. The Mplus Demo is identical to the regular version with the exception that the number of variables is limited. This allows all prospective buyers to evaluate the product to insure that the software meets their needs before purchasing. We strongly recommend that all prospective buyers download, install, and test the Demo prior to making a purchase.
In rare instances and only within 30 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, an LOD (Letter Of Destruction) on company letterhead will be required to process the refund.
Shipping and Handling All products are shipped via UPS services. There is a nominal handling charge for all products. |
Delivery Schedule We will normally process orders within 7 business days. Delivery time depends on shipping option selected and does not include order processing time. |
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders. Our business is operated from California. All other orders from within the United States are tax free. If you are tax-exempt within California, please contact us about your order. |
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |
